Call Center
Hours: Monday through Friday from 8am
to 5pm Mountain Time (Wednesday hours are until
3pm). A Support Technician monitors voice messages
on Saturday and return calls to clients who have
any issues that prevent or severely restrict the
use of First Resort. Support technicians are not
available on Sunday.
