Software Online Support. Secure Online Access to Support Services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Login for easy access to the First Resort knowledge base, check the status of an incident or enter a new incident through our support website. Email for login.

Contact our support center via email. We will respond to all emails within one business day. If you need immediate assistance, please try the Call Center at 970-927-9222.

  Call Center Support
Your telephone calls go directly to our fully staffed call center for one-on-one assistance with your software questions.
    Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Mountain Time (Wednesday hours are until 3pm). A Support Technician monitors voice messages on Saturday and return calls to clients who have any issues that prevent or severely restrict the use of First Resort. No support technicians are available on Sunday.
