In Check Availability a Property Shows ?????
Usually this is a temporary situation due to another
user in availability at the same time. Sometimes,
however, this condition won't go away. One way to get
this reset is to go into P-A-P, temporarily
change the AV Exclude flag to Y, validate
and save the property. Go back into the property and
change the flag back to an N and validate and
save. Another way to try to resolve this is to find a
folio booked into this property and change it to another
property code, validate it, save it and come back into
it and change it back to the correct property. Both of
these procedures cause a "mini" rebuild to be done just
for the affected property code.
Sometimes, this situation occurs due to a lockoff
unit setup problem. If these '???'s are appearing for a
lockoff unit, check the lockoff 'chain' setup on the
P-A-P setup screens for the property codes that comprise
this lockoff
unit. |
