Workstation Lockup
My Workstation is Locked Up
If your workstation is locked up, something may have
occurred to cause it to lose its connection to the
network (if you have a network), or it may have an
internal problem. You may have to reboot the
workstation, reattach to your network (again, if you
have one), and try again. If the same thing occurs
again, it is also possible there is some sort of data
corruption within First Resort. Try the same procedure
on a different workstation (again, if you have a
network); if you get the same result then contact First
Resort support for further assistance. If the problem is
specific to a workstation, then look for
hardware-related problems with that workstation.
