First Resort Software and other MS-DOS based applications cannot print to any printer utilizing a USB printer cable to connect to a USB port on a computer. This is a well known limitation that is not specific to First Resort Software. It is due to the fact that there are no printer drivers that allow DOS printing thru a USB port. If you are having trouble with an existing printer, please be sure that you connect the printer using a Parallel printer cable to a LPT port on a computer. If you are looking to purchase a new printer, please ensure that it has a Parallel printer cable available.
