- Select "R" to Run A Report Script
- Select INS_EXPT or INS_EXPTFP (Depending on if you
collect the travel insurance on the first or final
deposit)
- Fill in the appropriate date, search and CSA
Account ID number
- Select the HIDDEN Option - "F" for File
- Name the File using the convention: CCMMDDYY.CSA
where:
| CC = 1st two
characters of company name |
| MM = Current month, such as 04
for April |
| DD = Current day, such as 09 for
the ninth day of the month |

For example, a file for A1
Property Management Company which is being
created on April 9, 1998 would be named
"A1040998.CSA."
|
- After the report is completed, exit out of the
Report Generator software.
- Insert a blank floppy disk into either the A: or
B: drive
- Copy the file created in Step #6 to the floppy
diskette. To do this, open up a DOS prompt and change
to the First Resort data directory on your system
(usually F:\ACCOUNTS - if your DOS prompt initially
opens to your C drive, you will need to type 'F:' and
press the Enter key to change to the F drive; then
type 'CD\ACCOUNTS' and press the Enter key to change
to the ACCOUNTS directory). Using the sample file name
from Step #6, at the DOS prompt type 'Copy
A1040998.CSA A: (or type B: instead of A: if your

press the Enter key.
