JOB TITLE: Support Specialist
ACCOUNTABILITY: Support Manager
HOURS: Regular office hours will be observed - M-F 9am to 5:30pm. On-call hours will rotate on weekends and holidays
LOCATION: Kissimmee, FL

JOB SUMMARY:
The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing product support for all PropertyPlus products through the Call Center, emails, and faxes. This person will also have responsibility for the delivery of professional services related to the use of PropertyPlus products. This will include phone based consulting and training.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Support - providing support for a variety of PropertyPlus products, includes phone shifts in the call center, answering emails and responding to faxes.
  • Client Relations Issues - providing excellent customer service through work effort or any contact with customers
  • Installations - performing installations of PropertyPlus products

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of property management, general accounting practices and the vacation rental industry. Must be capable of developing positive relationships with clients and Instant Software employees through various forms of communication. Project management skills, organization and troubleshooting skills, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project) and Internet Explorer are required.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (valuable but not required):
Experience with PropertyPlus property management software

INTERRELATIONSHIPS:
Contact with all levels of personnel within Instant Software.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Frequent and long periods of sitting, standing and walking; occasional stooping, lifting and carrying (40 lbs.), reaching, handling and general hand-eye-foot coordination. Must be able to use telephone, computer/printer and similar equipment. Good vision and hearing are necessary, and must be able to read and write.

NEEDED ATTRIBUTES:
Effective skills related to the presentation of technical information in easily understandable formats. Must be able to function well in a leadership role and in a team environment.

JOB TITLE: Installation and Training Specialist
ACCOUNTABILITY: Training Manager
HOURS: Regular office hours will be observed - M-F 8am to 5:30pm.
LOCATION: Kissimmee, FL (for the right candidate being remotely located in the coast states of South Eastern US is a possibility)

JOB SUMMARY:
The position is a member of the team that is responsible for providing installation, training and product support for all PropertyPlus products through interactive web based and onsite training in vacation rental locations. This person will also have responsibility for the delivery of professional services related to the use of PropertyPlus products. This will include phone based consulting and support. The ideal candidate has prior experience in both software training and PropertyPlus reservation software.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installations - performing installations of PropertyPlus products
  • Training – remote and onsite training of PropertyPlus products
  • Client Relations Issues - providing excellent customer service through work effort or any contact with customers
  • Product Support - providing support for a variety of PropertyPlus products includes phone shifts in the call center, answering emails and responding to faxes.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
A candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to train, both in person and on the phone, to a wide range of personalities, software functionality and its application to their business. Time management skills are critical. Onsite training is an important component of this position the ability to and enjoyment of travel are requirements. Experience in or knowledge of property management, general accounting practices and the vacation rental industry. Develop relationships with clients and Instant Software employees through various forms of communication. Project management skills, organization and troubleshooting skills, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project) and Internet Explorer are required.

Experience with PropertyPlus property management software and the vacation rental industry. Prior education or experience in software or technical individual and group training.

The position includes frequent and long periods of sitting, standing and walking during training and support. Requirements also require a valid driver’s license, ability to rent a car and fly to destinations. Ability to use technology including, laptop computers, phones, printers, projectors, modems, wireless network connections.

This person will also have responsibility for the delivery of professional services related to the use of First Resort products. This will include both on-site and phone based consulting and training. Installation of First Resort products may be assigned as necessary.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Support - providing support for a variety of First Resort products, includes
    phone shifts in the call center, answering emails and responding to faxes.
  • Professional Services - providing additional services related to First Resort products
    after the initial sale and implementation, may include travel
  • Client Relations Issues - providing excellent customer service through work effort or
    any contact with customers
  • Installations - performing installations of First Resort products on site or over the phone
  • Education/Testing - attending classes to increase knowledge levels and testing First Resort Products prior to release

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of property management, general accounting practices and the vacation rental industry. Must be capable of developing positive relationships with clients and First Resort employees through various forms of communication. JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Executive will be responsible for representing First Resort Software as a sales executive in person, on the phone, by Email, and by fax. The responsibilities include all aspects of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing of business. This is an exciting and growing sales department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Calling prospects, sending information, demonstrating software systems and products.
· Cold calling, Opportunity and Lead generation, lead tracking.
· Proposal creation, mailing, and follow up.
· Monthly sales reporting

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
· Previous sales experience is required
· Knowledge of the vacation rental and property management industry.  
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Hospitality Industry knowledge is desirable

OPTIONAL DESIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
· Experience with property management and/or accounting software
· Experience with First Resort property management software
· Experience with computer, network, and IT systems.
